The ADOP France testing center
Our ability to test the molds we manufacture is a major asset for our customers.
We are equipped with an electric Novapax NSB 650 and an all-electric Meccanoplastica Jet 60 for IS technology, and a Comec MSC 5L for ES technology. We also have a full range of high-quality peripheral equipment for producing samples for our clients. The majority of our molds are tested and fine-tuned before delivery! Furthermore, our close collaboration with leading machine manufacturers allows us to develop complete projects in Europe, thus offering turnkey solutions to our international clients.
But the Adop France testing center also serves to:
- Training our clients' technicians and engineers
- Testing and validating raw materials, colorants, and additives
- Develop new technological solutions and innovate
Finally, our team of qualified experts is also available to assist and guide the customer at their location for factory validations and production start-ups, allowing them to benefit from our extensive knowledge of process adjustments, raw materials and troubleshooting/tuning.

- The motto of the ADOP R&D team is "if we tell you 'impossible!'... ADOP will do it! Thus, for many years, we have been working on materials and technology in the following areas: Extra-thick transparent parts in co-polyester or PET; IS technology.
