ADOP’s ’remote technical assistance’ via Xperteye
In addition to being recognized as one of the choice IBM mold makers at an international level, we are also appreciated for our mold sampling department service (Jomar 85S, Novapax NSB650, Meccanoplastica Jet 65) , our after sales service and our technical assistance at the customer's facility during SOP.
The current Covid situation has, however, proven to be complicated for many companies desiring to send out technicians for production start up, or even for receiving customers at the supplier's factory for FAT's.
Fortunately for our customers, ADOP France had anticipated these diffculties, and from the very beginning of the crisis we began sourcing 'smart glasses' that would allow our customers to participate in the sampling sessions on our IBM machines remotely, from anywhere in the world.
We are also sending out these 'Xperteye' glasses for the time of an SOP at their plant so that we can remotely assist our customers, exchange on parameters, draw & highlight any points on the screen in real time and consequently continue supporting them as we been doing over the past 50 years.
